Delhi recorded a turnout of 61% voting in the Assemble Elections 2020 held on February 8. Soon after the voting ended, several exit polls came up with their predictions of the results.
Most of the exit polls suggest a clear win for Aam Aadmi Party. Its nearest rival Bhartiya Janata Party is expected to secure between 2-11 seats. And Congress, meanwhile, is being predicted to go empty hand this time too.
The exit poll results led to a meme fest on Twitter. Netizens churned out hilarious memes to poke fun at the situation of political parties. While most of the memes took a dig at Congress, many others joked about BJP’s fate.
Congress had secured zero seats in the 2015 elections, so of course, some Twitter users quipped that the party does not have to worry as the results cannot get worse than last time.
