There will be a ban on those misbehaving in the train, to be included in the no travel list
- Airlines have imposed a 6-month ban on stand up comedian Kunal Kamra for bad behavior.
- Railways will list restricted passengers from airlines and put them on its system.
After the airline company banned unruly and misbehaving passengers, now Indian Railways is also planning to ban passengers who misbehave with other passengers or staff in trains. A senior Railway Ministry official said on Wednesday that Indian Railways is planning to ban passengers who behave abusive or uncontrolled in trains. Such people will be included in the Kono Travel List.
List of misbehaving passengers will be ready
According to the Ministry of Railways, passengers already banned by an airline company will also be included in this no travel list of railways. Initially, the railways will list restricted passengers from airlines and put them on its system. So that those who book railway tickets can be banned for a few months.
Kamra on the no-fly list
On Tuesday, stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra posted a video on social media in which comedian Kunal Kamra is seen arguing with and harassing the journalist during the flight. After this incident, Indigo and Air India put Kamra on their no-fly list. Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri also condemned Kamra’s behavior in a tweet.
MP Ravindra Gaikwad was also banned
Earlier in April 2017, Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad also assaulted an Air India employee for misbehaving in the flight. After this, the company had banned them for 4 months while boarding their aircraft. However it was later lifted.
