Tata Motors has launched its first long range electric vehicle Tata Nexon EV in the Indian market. It is available in three variants. Its ex-showroom price ranges from Rs. 13.99 lakhs to Rs. 15.99 lakhs. With this, the company’s Ziptron technology has also made its debut in the Indian market.

The all-new electric compact SUV packs a 30.2kWh battery. According to the Automotive Resource Association of India (ARAI) certificate, it will run up to 312 km in a single charge. The Nexon EV is currently available for sale at 60 dealers across 22 cities in the country. The company started taking its booking in December itself. It was being booked for 21 thousand rupees.
