Former cricketer Azharuddin accused of fraud, FIR registered

An FIR was registered against 3, including former Indian cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin, in Aurangabad, Maharashtra on Wednesday. The police officer said on Thursday that the owner of the travel agency, Mohammed Shadab, has accused him of cheating Rs 20 lakh. At the same time, Azharuddin denied the charge. They said they would file a complaint against Shadab for making false accusations.
Azharuddin shared his explanation by sharing the video. He said, “There is no truth in these allegations. This is being done only to garner headlines. After legal advice, I will file a defamation case of Rs 100 crore. “
Booked and canceled international flights tickets
Shadab has a Danish Tour and Travels Agency in Aurangabad. He said in the FIR that Mujib Khan, Azharuddin’s personal assistant, had booked and canceled tickets for several international flights for many people, including the former cricketer, in November 2019. Whose price was 20.96 lakh rupees. He had talked about online payment, which he has not done so far.
According to the complaint, Mujib’s colleague Sudesh Avakkal had sent an email saying that Rs 10.6 lakh had been transferred, but the money was not received by Shadab. After this, on November 24, Mujib and Sudesh sent a photo of a check on WhatsApp. But Shadab also did not get this check. The police officer said that investigation is being done in the case.
