CAA: Adnan’s taunts Raza Murad – Seems to be just a villain in films
Raza Murad, despite Adnan Sami being Pakistani, questioned the question of gaining Indian citizenship and said that when the government can allow Sami to stay in the country then why not the rest. Now singer Adnan Sami has reacted to the controversial statement of Raza Murad.
Bollywood senior actor Raza Murad dragged singer Adnan Sami on Saturday in the CAA case. Raza Murad, despite Adnan Sami being Pakistani, questioned the question of gaining Indian citizenship and said that when the government can allow Sami to stay in the country, why not the rest? Apart from this, Raza Murad also made a comment about Adnan Sami’s father.
Now singer Adnan Sami has reacted to the controversial statement of Raza Murad. Sharing the video of Raza on Twitter, Adnan wrote, ‘I thought this man is a villain and just shit in movies !!’
Explain that in conversation with Aaj Tak, Raza Murad had said, ‘This law is contrary to our Constitution. The government should roll back this law. If Adnan can give citizenship to Sami then why not others? His father had bombed us in the 1965 war.
Recall that Pakistani singer Adnan Sami got Indian citizenship in 2016. Adnan also gave his reaction to CAA. He wrote that CAA is for people of religion who are being persecuted in the governed countries. Muslim people are not facing harassment in Pakistan, Bangladesh or Afghanistan because of their religion because they are the majority there. Muslim community can still apply for citizenship of India. Everyone is legally welcome.
Talking about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and NRC, discussions are going on across the country. In many parts of the country, people are protesting peacefully against this law, while there have been reports of violent demonstrations in some states. Many Bollywood stars have also openly expressed their views on this.
