Rebel Wilson has celebrated transforming her figure by sharing a rare snap with her mum and sisters.
The 40-year-old actress has shed three stones since the turn of the year, as she embraces what she has described as a “year of health”.
The Pitch Perfect star took to Instagram to post the throwback family pic, in which her rarely seen sisters and mother are seen smiling along side the Hollywood star.
Captioning the post, Rebel wrote: “The Wilson sisters.”
Rebel is seen in the photo with her mother, Sue Bownds, and her sisters, Annarchi and Liberty.
The actress also has a brother, Ryot, who presumably left his sisters to do it for themselves.
Rebel has been enjoying a well documented health drive during 2020 and has shared numerous photos of slimming frame with her 8.6 million Instagram followers.
The Australian-based actress delighted her fans in the United States by arriving in America to work on some projects that had been put on hold due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Snapping a selfie on a boat in New York Harbour, with a mask over her face and shades over her eyes, Rebel posed in front of the city’s iconic skyline.
Captioning the pic, Rebel gushed: “I love New York so much! Going to get some amazing work done here this week x.”
Just to show that she was meaning business, Rebel also shared a look at her office in the Big Apple, which has a photo of a Barbie doll hanging on the wall.
Fitness trainer Jono Castano has been the person at the centre of Rebel’s transformation.
He’s dished out a few little tips and tricks that have made a world of difference to Rebel’s workouts and nutrition.
Chatting with Yahoo! Lifestyle, the health guru focused on nutrition, and a five-day workout week.
Jono also advised a balanced “supplementation and multivitamins” regime, as well as “recovering well [from workouts].”
He went on to explain that “this includes stretching, sleeping well, making sure you’re not stressed etc.”
“I think with any type of transformation,” Jono continued, “you shouldn’t always look at the easiest option, you know, two months is not enough time to be able to change your body.
“My advice is to keep your goals realistic, short and then achieve them, and progress from there.”
Of her workouts, Jono dished on Rebel’s high-intensity workouts “and then trying to burn as many calories as we can with movements that aren’t going to hurt you.”
