Lydia Bright posts epic throwback with ex James Arg to mark 10 years of TOWIE

Lydia Bright has stunned her Instagram followers with a throwback snap of her and ex-boyfriend James Argent.

The former TOWIE star first joined the show in 2010 aged 19.

She enjoyed seven years as part of the famous cast before quitting for good in 2017.

This weekend the stars of the hit reality show celebrate 10 years since the first episode aired.

Lydia has shared some throwback snaps as she reflected on some of her best moments during her stint on the popular show.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-one shared photos with her ex Arg who was included in her favourite memories.

The couple dated on and off between 2008 and 2015.

Lydia left the show in 2012 for two years before returning and giving things another go with ex-boyfriend Arg.

Her ex was recently dumped their TOWIE co-star Gemma Collins.

Lydia wrote: “10 years ago at the age of 19, my life changed forever.

“Forever grateful for the memories, experiences, opportunities and friends TOWIE has given me over the years.

“So tonight we get nostalgic and remember the BAFTA award winning show (this is the night we won) Tune in  @itvbe  tonight 9pm.

“What’s your favourite ever TOWIE memory?”

Fans were quick to comment on her photo which showed the former couple looking loved-up at a red carpet event.

Among the sea of comments, one remained hopeful Lydia and Arg will get back together one day.

They wrote: “I honestly think they should give it a go. Arg has never been the same since they broke up. Child hood sweet hearts.”

Others wrote: “Don’t watch it anymore but the first few seasons were the best with the originals!!”

While a third disagreed over a reunion for the pair with the comment: “The day you realised you were worth more than Arg..he treat you badly, your lovely Lydia, and your mum is fabulous.. everything is a learning curve and look where you are now with a beautiful baby girl and all that behind you. Xx”

Lydia quit the show in 2017 and admitted it’s “never say never” on her returning for another stint.

She told OK! about her exit: “I think just naturally my time [on the show] had come to an end. Last series I wasn’t in it so much anyway cause I was so busy so I wasn’t really heavily featured.

“And then when I did come to filming there was so many new cast members and I really wasn’t around enough so I didn’t really fit in with everything.”
