Lewis Burton breaks silence after Caroline Flack’s mum’s ‘scathing post’

Lewis Burton has broken his silence after Caroline Flack’s mum allegedly shared a stinging post about him.
It’s the first post the tennis coach has posted in August, having been swept up with his glamorous lifestyle on holiday with his new girlfriend Lottie Tomlinson.
Their blossoming relationship appeared to come under attack from his ex Caroline’s mother Christine in recent days.
Hours after the claims emerged, Lottie and Lewis were spotted in an stormy showdown on the beach but quickly made up with PDA sessions in the days following the fiery row.
But Lewis ignored the alleged digs at his new romance as he posted a picture from his Ibiza holiday he shared with Lottie.
His new girlfriend Lottie didn’t feature in the post.
Instead, the tennis player opted for a photograph of himself tearing up the waves of a jet ski.
Completely drenched, the hunk showed off his glowing tan while he posed with the rocky terrain in the background.
Already a shadow was cast over the budding romance.
Claims emerged Caroline Flack’s mum Christine lashed out at the blossoming relationship.
The account believed to belong to the late Love Island presenter’s mum with the handle Ccjep laid into the lovebirds with a series of stinging comments.
Among many, one jibe read: “He is now in the same pose different girl.”
Also, the author wrote on a photograph of Caroline and Lewis: “I feel the same this photo is a lie.”
One of Caroline’s followers added: “He’s got a new gal and she’s dead. I honestly blame his womanising ways, poor Caroline.”
Ccjep then replied: “I agree.”
It seems fate dealt its hand when Lewis and Lottie met at a party marking three months since the star had died.
Lottie had been good friends with Caroline so naturally she was invited to the party hosted by late Love Island star’s BFF Lou Teasdale.
Lewis and Lottie were said to have struck up a bond over the loss in their lives – Lewis having lost Caroline and Lottie losing her mum Johannah Deakin and sister Félicité.
Whispers suggested the pair begun meeting in secret after their chance first encounter.
A friend told the Daily Mail in July: “Not all of Caroline’s friends are happy with how the situation appears to be developing but can understand that both Lottie and Lewis have been there for each other as a shoulder to cry on.
“Lewis spent last week in Marbella while Lottie was in St Tropez the weekend previous, they couldn’t wait to be reunited with each other on Friday.”

Only recently, Caroline’s death was ruled a suicide following an inquest.
Caroline was charged with assault by beating after she allegedly attacked her boyfriend which led to her arrest in December last year.
However, Lewis always maintained her innocence.
