Police Seize Cocaine Addressed To Bad Guy From Keanu Reeves’ ‘John Wick: Chapter 2’
Police find coffee beans full of cocaine addressed to a ‘John Wick’ bad guy!
Italian police found cocaine-stuffed coffee beans in a package addressed to John Wick: Chapter 2 mob boss character Santino D’Antonio.
Italian authorities found cocaine stuffed into hollowed-out coffee beans addressed to Santino D’Antonio, the same name as the fictional mob boss character from John Wick: Chapter 2 earlier this week.
Italian police made a statement to CNN, saying that customs officials in Milan’s Malpensa airport decided to seize and search the 2-kilogram package, sealed with brown tape, because the addressee shared a name with the fictional character played by Riccardo Scamarcio. There has been no evidence to suggest anyone from the John Wick franchise was involved.

According to a statement from Italian officials, authorities found 130 grams of cocaine in the shipment; more than 500 beans were “completely emptied and ‘stuffed’ with pure white cocaine.”
The package came from Colombia and was on its way to a tobacco shop in Florence. Police tracked the package and later arrested a 50-year old man who attempted to claim it. The man, known to police for prior drug-related arrests, was an Italian citizen but was registered as living in Medellín, Colombia. Police have also arrested another suspect for allegedly attempting to import drugs.
The case was named “Caffè scorretto,” which translates to “incorrect coffee” and is a pun on “caffè corretto,” an Italian drink which mixes espresso and brandy.
John Wick : Keanu Reeves
John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is on the run for two reasons… he’s being hunted for a global $14 million dollar open contract on his life, and for breaking a central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental’s manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he’s “Excommunicado” – membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City.
Directed by Chad Stahelski from a script written by Derek Kolstad, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum stars Keanu Reeves, Halle Berry, Ian McShane, Ruby Rose, Common, Lance Reddick, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Jason Mantzoukas, Anjelica Huston, and Boban Marjanovic.
