Statements / Bengal BJP President said – If needed, 50 lakh Muslim infiltrators will be taken out of the country
Kolkata. Demonstrations are continuing across the country to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC). Meanwhile, West Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh has given a controversial statement. He has said that if needed, 50 lakh Muslim intruders will be identified and removed from the country.
Ghosh also targeted Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee during a rally in Bengal’s North 24 Parganas district on Sunday. He said, “First, Muslim intruders will be identified and their names excluded from the voter list.” After this, ‘Didi’ (Mamata Banerjee) will not be able to please anyone. “Ghosh further said,” Mamata Banerjee’s voters will be less in the 2021 Bengal assembly elections due to the removal of names of intruders in the voter list. Due to this, we will get 200 seats in the election and they (Mamata Banerjee) will not get even 50 seats.
‘Will shoot’
Ghosh also attacked parties opposing the CAA and NRC. He said that the heart of such parties is only for the intruders. However, this is not the first time Ghosh made such a statement for parties opposing the CAA-NRC. Last week, he said that we will shoot those who harm public property in West Bengal. Giving the example of the Uttar Pradesh government, Ghosh said that there were bullets in the form of dogs on miscreants. At the same time, he accused Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee that she was not taking action against the miscreants, because they are all their voters. Ghosh had said that such people also would not be left out.
