Sushmita Sen was battling an immune disease since 2014. The name of this disease is Addison. The actress resorted to Nanchak Meditation to recover from it. He shared a video on YouTube and explained it in detail.
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has revealed that she had a disease named Addison and beat her with her strong will and Nanchak workout session. Nanachak is a martial art weapon, which is traditionally used in Okinawan style. It consists of two sticks, which are connected by a small chain or rope. Sushmita Sen has shared a video on YouTube. While sharing this video, he explained his illness in detail. He revealed that he had had Addison’s disease related to immunity.
Sushmita Sen wrote, ‘In September 2014, I came to know of Addison’s disease which causes the immune system of the body to deteriorate. I felt as if there was no fight left inside me… a tired body filled with too much despair and aggression. There were dark circles under my eyes. I cannot tell you how I tolerated steroid steroid cortisol and its countless side effects for 4 years during these dark times. It is not more tiring than living with a chronic disease. I had to find a way to strengthen my mind so that my body becomes its beginning. Then I started doing medicine with Nanachak.

Sushmita Sen further wrote, ‘Aggression, fighting and pain have turned into an art form. I recovered in time, by 2019 my adrenal gland became active, now there is no steroid and auto immune problem.
