Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh : Explosion in a fireworks factory , three killed
Kaushambi Three people were killed and several others seriously injured in an explosion in a firecracker factory in Uttar Pradesh’s Casambi district during the enforced lockdown in the country. The injured have been admitted to SRN Hospital in Prayagraj.
Police arrived on the information of the fire that broke out after the blast and with the help of the local people, took out the people trapped in the factory. Of these, Geetha, daughter of Ram Lal, died on the spot. While Rajkumar’s wife Radhika and daughter Pushpa succumbed during treatment. The injured are still being treated.
It is being told that on Monday morning, Hyder Ali crackers were made in the factory of Bharwari. Meanwhile, there was a sudden explosion. The explosion was so tremendous that the mirrors of the surrounding buildings also burst. After the explosion, flames started coming out of the factory. The fire brigade reached the spot and managed to control the fire. Meanwhile, SDM and CO Sirathu, who reached the spot, took stock of the situation. In addition, orders of investigation have also been given in the case. There has been an atmosphere of panic in the area since the incident.

There is a leakage in the cylinder behind the accident. According to eyewitnesses, there were many blasts one after the other. Due to which the glass panes of their houses were also broken. Meanwhile, the forensic team which reached the spot is also involved in the investigation. SP Abhinandan told that prima facie the explosion is being caused by firecrackers being made inside the house. The case is being investigated. According to whatever facts will come, action will be taken after registering the case.
