Deori UP: Rod crossed through baby’s mouth, doctors gave new life
Deoria (Uttar Pradesh). In Bauri Tiwari village of Gauribazar police station area of the district, the boy playing on the roof of the under construction house fell on the pillar with his companions and it came out of his mouth. People gathered when the children raised noise. The family reached the district hospital. Seeing serious condition, the doctors referred BRD Medical College Gorakhpur. In the said village, Raj (12 years) son Ramlakhan was playing with the companions on the roof of an under-construction house. During this, he suddenly fell on Pilar’s face. He got caught in it due to the rebar crossing. Some people of the village dared to somehow cut the saria from one end and extract the child. The remaining part of the sariya remained stuck in the mouth. After this he was taken to Baba Raghav Das Medical College Gorakhpur.

Medical college doctors gave Raj new life
Seeing the critical situation in Baba Raghav Das (BRD) Medical College, the doctors hurriedly prepared for the operation. After completing all the formalities like blood check up, the operation started at 11:45 pm. After an operation that lasted for one and a half hours, the child was out of danger. The doctors breathed a sigh of relief when the operation was successful. Dr. Satish of the Department of Anesthesia, Dr. Abhishek Jina of the Department of Surgery and Dr. Samph, Dr. RN Yadav of the Nose-Ear-Throat Department and Dr. Vartika were involved in the operation. Dr. Abhishek Jina said that the damage to the front part of the tongue, throat and chest has been fixed. There was no permanent damage. The child is perfectly healthy.
