Example transforms dad bod into rippling muscled torso as he enjoys life in Aus
Example has kicked his dad bod to the curb, unveiling a rippling muscled torso.
The London-born singer shared his newly bulked up physique to Instagram, posing shirtless for a selfie.
He jokingly captioned his snap: “Behind every strong man is a really massive poster of a fit woman.”
The update came after Example, who shares two children with his wife, Australian model Erin McNaught, enjoyed his flourishing career Down Under.
The 38-year-old has made Brisbane his adopted home after moving there with Erin.
In 2018 things were not going well for the star, who parted ways with his record label Columbia after one of his singles only managed to reach number 96 in the charts.
He announced that he’d made the decision after becoming frustrated.
He told The Sun: “I was getting frustrated at Columbia and they were too because they didn’t really know what to do with me and now I’ve got the freedom. I’m my own boss.
“I put one album out in 2014, which was a bit of a mess, with three people in charge within the label all arguing over what I should do — there was never any agreement of singles.”
But the change of location seems to have paid off for him, after Example, born Elliott John Gleave, proved in demand in Australia.
Earlier this month he shared his recent success with fans: “How have I played 2 festivals in a week !? 2,500 Boxing Day and then 5,500 people New Years Day.
“What have I done to deserve this? Apart from telling the crowd “please take one step backwards” during every song…. Which they mostly ignored… Because they hadn’t been to bed from the night before … I can say without any doubt that it was the best day of 2021.”
The producer/singer also shared that he would be announcing more shows soon.
He and Australian actress and model Erin tied the knot in May 2013, after they first met two years earlier.
The pair first met when she interview him in 2011 for MTV Australia. The pair soon started dating and announced their engagement in November 2012.
