Misfortune on the pitch: French footballer Christopher Maboulou dies at 30 of cardiac arrest | The State
Christopher Maboulou, a footballer who came to play in the French first division with the Sporting Club de Bastia and that last year he wore the shirt of a regional team, died with only 30 years because of a heart attack when he was playing a game with some friends.
Bastia announced on his Twitter account “Tragic death” of Maboulou and presented “Your sincere condolences” to his family, friends and relatives ”.

His death occurred in the city of Montfermeil, on the outskirts of Paris, where he was born.
He midfield player disputed 29 games in the French first division and 58 in the second. However, his best performance within the professional fields was at the club from the island of Corsica, Bastia, shirt that he defended from 2014 to 2018
after one injury in 2016 that left him without a place in the Corsican club, he went to play Greece with the PAS Giannina in the 2016-17 season, before returning to France with second-division Nancy in 2018-2019.
In March 2020, when all the championships in France were suspended due to the coronavirus, he had played two matches with the Thonon-Evian, from Regional 1.
