Reliance will provide online training through Virtual Reliance Summer Program

Reliance Industries, the country’s largest company, has launched Virtual Reliance Summer Program to provide online training to the youth during Purnbandi. The company said on Friday when all are forced to stay in their homes in lockdown and the world’s leading companies are doing the layoffs. At such a time, Reliance has launched Virtual Reliance Summer Program keeping in mind the future of the youth.

84 youth and students are participating in this program. The program is designed so that interns have real experience of working in a large corporate house. There was a doubt about the training of these Eterns after the outbreak of Corona infection. Offices were being closed. Some big companies had canceled internships. In such a situation, Reliance has set an example by giving internship to the youth on time.

A young Yash Naiknavare, who became a part of the Virtual Reliance Summer Program, says that we had given up hope, the internship of all our friends in other companies was canceled. Then one day there was a mail from Reliance, in which we were asked to join the training online. Initially we could not believe how a company would give us internship, but after our online training and arrangement at home, we are ready now.

Virtual Reliance Summer Program is prepared by Reliance with its own resources. The program has started with a comprehensive on-boarding module, which aims not only to give real experience of the company but also to prepare the trainees for the job. In order to teach the trainees the work and make it more interesting, the Gameed Learning and Engagement module has also been included. In order to make it a full trainee program, a pre-placement offer has also been made in it.
