Josie Gibson vows to transform size 18 figure as she struggles to 'feel sexy'
Josie Gibson has vowed to lose weight after admitting she can’t remember the last time she felt “sexy”.
The This Morning presenter wants to lose enough to go from a size 18 to a size 12 after saying she’s fallen back into “unhealthy habits” of overeating chocolate and bread.
Josie, who rose to fame on Big Brother, says she feels she’s at an “uncomfortable size” and no longer feels “sexy”.
The 35-year-old, who is mum to son Reggie, two, confessed that her weight gain is down to overindulging on food.
But she wants to slim down before getting back on the dating scene and has even become an ambassador for weight loss brand WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.

She told MailOnline : “I can’t wait to start feeling sexy again. I can’t remember the last time I felt proper sexy. I just feel like a working mum. I don’t feel sexy.
“I have obviously been big my whole life – I have always been one of those people that’s struggled with my weight.”
Josie lost weight in 2013 when she fell to a size 8 but she began putting it back on when she had her son in 2019. She’s at the stage now where she feels “uncomfortable”.
She added: “I would like to be a comfortable 12 or a 12-14. I would be so happy with that. I have been a size 8. I don’t think it suits me and it’s a lot of work to get there so I just need to find that happy medium. A size 12 would be ideal.”

Josie says her biggest vice is bread and that she’s been allowing herself lately to indulge in chocolate and anything else she’s fancied.
But she said that her metabolism means she can’t have treats every day and needs to cut back in order to give herself more energy.
She’s planning to take up yoga and HIIT sessions in a bid to get herself back on track.
Josie has been single since she split from ex Terry, the father of her child, five months ago.

They’ve found a way to be a family despite their break up, after Terry left Josie to spend New Year’s Eve 2018 alone in a hotel after kicking her out of their home.
The star said: “I’m still friends with Reggie’s dad, sometimes we have our rows don’t get me wrong but he’s still very much a part of our lives.
“We do family things together and we spent Christmas together. I wouldn’t want to bring anybody else into the situation.
“I couldn’t imagine myself dating now, I just couldn’t. I’ve got my son and I work – I just have not got the time to fit it in.”
