Shirene, from Sydney’s cake supplier Cake Mail, used Kinder Bueno chocolate bars, cream cheese and melted chocolate to create the mini cheesecake balls.

She repeated the step, placing the next layer of cookies on top before spreading another layer of cream.
Kayla finished with a layer of cream and crushed biscuits on top to decorate.
She then placed the sweet creation in the fridge overnight. By keeping the cake chilled, the biscuits ‘soften’ over time.
