One person was injured when a Molotov cocktail bomb was thrown into an apartment in Williamsbridge, The Bronx, yesterday morning.
NYPD confirmed that someone threw a bottle with flammable liquid and cloth inside a residence, in a building on Tillotson Avenue around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
He homemade explosive it crashed into a second-story window and one person was injured. The unidentified victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.
FDNY informed News 12 what the fire was put out before the firefighters arrived. Police say there was a domestic situation, and a woman who lives in the apartment called 911, but later did not cooperate with officers on the details of the incident.
