The Chase's Mark Labbett shows off slimmer frame after five stone weight loss
Mark Labbett sent fans wild with a snap showing his weight loss results.
The Chase star – dubbed “The Beast” – posted a side-by-side snap showing his face before and after his lifestyle overhaul.
The 55-year-old looked remarkably slimmer as he posed for a selfie in a white shirt.
He compared the recent snap to an old one that was taken of him at an event.
Mark lost a whopping five stone from when he was at his heaviest, leaving him to feel better and more confident than ever.
Sharing the snap with fans, he wrote: “Leaner, meaner lockdown with good folks of muscle foods. At this rate I will be the skinniest chaser.”
Naturally, fans flocked to the comments section to compliment Mark on his incredible transformation.
“Looking great Mark,” wrote one fan.
Another penned: “Flippin ek Beasty boy, well done son. You look brilliant. What a transformation #beast.”
A third added: “Fantastic work! well done. Think of all of the health benefits you have now.”
“Well done on your weight loss journey, your looking amazing, keep up the good work, your inspiring many people to do the same,” a fourth fan added.
Mark – who is diabetic – was given a warning about his weight by doctors as he tipped the scales at 27st earlier this year.
He has since managed to get his weight below 23st and hopes to drop even further to below 20st and to take his BMI level to less than 30.
“Hopefully at my next check up in a month or two I will be a bit lighter than that,” he said.
He also revealed his three-year-old son was barely sleeping, making his father “the poster boy for sleep deprivation”.
