Teresa toasted to 2021 with her new boyfriend, Louie Ruelas, who smoldered in a blue suit. Teresa and Louie, a New Jersey-based businessman who co-founded Digital Media Solutions, have been seeing each other since the beginning of November, and made things Instagram official three days before Christmas.
