Michelle Keegan enjoyed one last hurrah before throwing herself back into work following a long summer break.
The former Our Girl star, 33, took a little trip south of Essex as she visited Leeds Castle on a glorious sunny day.
The actress – who is married to Mark Wright – snapped up sweet pictures of herself exploring the stunning grounds and sunkissed scenery on her day out.
For one snap, Michelle faced away from the camera as she took the stunning views in.
Sharing the snap with her 4.7 million Instagram followers, Mich penned: “British Summer 2020 in all its glory.”
Michelle walked around the 500 acres of the gardens as she soaked up the history of the iconic place.
The castle – which reopened to the public on August 10th following months of closure amid the pandemic – is situated in Broomfield, Kent.
It was the perfect way to enjoy what’s left of her break before plunging back into her various business ventures.
In fact, she’s actually already dipped her toes into work as she snapped up some selfies of herself travelling into central London for a photoshoot.
Although she didn’t share what she was up to with fans, she did drop some clues with snaps of herself getting her hair and makeup done.
After announcing her departure from the army drama, Michelle headed off to Spain with hubby Mark.
The pair recently returned from their lavish holiday.
They extended their trip by travelling across the Balaeric islands from Marbella, to Mallorca, and eventually, Ibiza.
But although the pair had to quarantine for two weeks upon their arrival back in the UK, Michelle told fans that the trip was “worth it”.
The couple were subsequently forced to remain holed up in their Essex mansion for two weeks after returning from their sun-soaked jaunt.
Mark shared photos of them at home in their living room sat in front of their huge television.
“Oh well. looks like I will be doing a whole lot more of this,” mused the former TOWIE star.
Back in January, Michelle announced she would be having more free time on her hands to spend with her beau after quitting BBC One series Our Girl.
Confirming she was leaving her role of army medic Georgie Lane, Michelle said: “I’ve had the most incredible four years on the show and I want to thank the BBC for giving me such an amazing opportunity.
“Playing Georgie has been a life changing role for me. I’ve loved every second of the adventure so it was a very hard decision to make not to return.”
