Gordon Ramsay has shared with fans the seriously adorable moment he took baby son Oscar on his first ever swimming lesson.
The TV chef, 53, and his lookalike son Oscar didn’t have to go far for their dip as the duo splashed around in the pool of the family’s recently renovated Cornwall townhouse.
Appearing worlds away from his scary and shouty TV persona, Gordon was every inch the proud dad as he held on to his youngest boy.
And one-year-old Oscar looks like a serious water baby as he beamed and giggled his way through the ‘lesson’.
Oscar, who was sporting a shark life jacket, even laughed when the water splashed into his eyes.
“Swimming lessons Done !” checked off dad Gordon, who joined Oscar dressed in a navy t-shirt and shorts.
The Hell’s Kitchen star shared with fans last month how he had transformed his already lavish summer home with a spectacular glass fronted pool.
Pictures Gordon shared to Instagram showed the huge water tank jutting out in front of his stylish four storey property.
The home, which boasts stunning views of the Camel estuary it faces, has undergone quite the transformation since Gordon first purchased the land in 2015 for a rumoured £4.4million.
The enviable pad is one of three homes Gordon has splashed out on in the sea-side resort.
Despite Gordon’s love for the area, locals were not too welcoming when he moved to Cornwall from London during the coronavirus lockdown.
The dad headed there with wife Tana and their five kids Meghan, 21, twins Holly and Jack, 20, Tilly, 17, and Oscar.
The clan were accused of setting a bad example by ‘running off’ to country homes and potentially spreading the virus.
Despite the backlash, Gordon continued to share pictures of him appreciating the beauty of Cornwall’s beaches and scenic walks and enjoying epic bike rides.
In one pic Gordon stood outside his home close to Daymer Bay and showed off the stunning sunset.
“Home sweet home. Goodnight from Cornwall. My goodness me,” he gushed.
But it wasn’t all sunsets and bike rides.
Speaking on the Capital FM breakfast show, Gordon said lockdown had left him feeling like a ‘kitchen porter’ as he was forced to cook three meals a day for his five hungry children.
The star said his saving grace were his daily runs.
