Prior to the Sri Ram temple foundation stone laying and Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya on August 5, temple priest Pradeep Das and 16 jawans posted under the protection of the temple were found to be corona positive. These include fire brigade soldiers, PAC and police personnel. All these were deployed under the protection of the temple. On getting information about this, there was a stir in the administrative staff. It is being told that now it is being investigated that who else came in contact with them.
Priest Pradeep Das is an assistant to Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of the Ram temple. He has been home quarantined. 16 policemen infected with Corona have also been quarantined.

5 August, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Ayodhya to worship and lay the foundation stone of Ram temple. During this time, he will be accompanied by prominent personalities like UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, LK Advani, Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwan. The program will start from August 3:
Panchang Pujan will be started on August 5 under the direction of Vedic Acharyas at the site of worship for the construction of the temple on August 5, before the Bhoomi Pujan. Again on 4 august Ramarcha will be worshiped. Whereas on August 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform the main worship. In this sequence, the temple-temple ritual will begin. Under this ritual, the unbroken Ramayana recitation of Sri Ramcharitmanas will begin in all temples. Its completion will be on August 4. After this, on August 5, Hari Sankirtan will be organized between 11:30 and 12:30 pm on the scheduled muhurat of Bhumi-poojan. In order to ensure this event in every temple and house of Ayodhya, a joint team of VHP central officials and saints is contacting the place in a planned manner. This team is also urging the relatives to organize mass events in more and more places on this auspicious moment after waiting for five hundred years so that any kind of apprehension can be proved and public will also be happy.
