Hurting this, lawyer Deepak Bundele sent a written complaint from top police officers to the Supreme Court and Bar Council. Deepak alleges that on the basis of his complaint, after about a month when the investigating officer BS Patel met him, he pressurized Deepak to change the statement and withdraw the complaint.

Deepak did an audio recording of this entire incident. During the conversation, investigating officer ASI BS Patel told lawyer Deepak that the policemen had beaten him after seeing his beard. So he should withdraw his complaint. Deepak alleged that the investigation officer was pressurized to withdraw the complaint for a long time, which he complained to the top police officers with audio. During investigation, the audio was found correct, after which ASI BA Patel has been suspended.
