Actor and mimicry artiste Kalabhavan Jayesh dies at 44 in Kerala
Malayalam actor and mimicry artiste Kalabhavan Jayesh passed away on Sunday (May 10) at Kodakara Shanthi Hospital in Kerala.
Noted Malayalam actor and mimicry artiste Kalabhavan Jayesh, who is known for his performances in films like Passenger and Salt & Pepper, breathed his last on Sunday (May 10) at Kodakara Shanthi Hospital in Kerala.
The actor,44, was battling cancer for the last one year. Reports suggest that he was admitted to the hospital last week after developing complications due to the disease.
Apart from films, Jayesh had been part of various comedy shows on television. Many celebrities in the Malayalam film industry were shocked by the actor’s demise and expressed condolences.
Born in Thrissur, Kerala, Jayesh was the son of Gopi Menon and Arikattu Gowri. He is survived by his wife Sunaja and daughter Sivani. Two years ago, the actor lost his five-year-old son Siddharth.
Kalabhavan Jayesh made his debut in the industry with Lal Jose’s Mulla and went on to play crucial roles in films like Pretham 2, Crazy Gopalam and Su Su Sudhi Valmeekam.
