It is being told that after the police action, the crowd disbanded. Local leaders say that people are being explained that they will not have any problem and all possible help will be given. Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said that the Maharashtra government will make arrangements for the food of these laborers. We are explaining to the workers that they will try their best to improve their conditions.

Aditya Thackeray’s central government target

On this whole incident, Minister Aditya Thackeray tweeted in Maharashtra Government and targeted the Central Government. He said that the present situation at Bandra station, the workers were removed. He said that some workers had rioted in Surat recently. The central government could not take a decision to take them home. Aditya Thackeray has accused the central government. Migrant laborers do not want food and shelter, they want to go home.

Aditya Thackeray further said that the law and order situation in Surat has been seen to be largely a similar situation. The response from all migrant labor camps is the same. Many are refusing to eat or live. Currently more than 6 lakh people have been kept in various shelter camps in Maharashtra.

Before the lockdown-1 was announced, thousands of people had gathered at Anand Vihar in Delhi and Kaushambi bus station in UP. They were sent from Delhi’s Anand Vihar bus base to their house by DTC buses.
