According to the Mayo Clinic, a bipolar disorder is a mental health condition in which the patient has tremendous mood swings and due to which people feel very high (hypomania) or very low (depression) on an emotional level and due to this, any human condition. Can be very bad. But not only Selena but these stars have also suffered from this disease.
Honey Singh did not leave his room due to this disease.
In the year 2015, Honey Singh said that he had gone into isolation and was going through the darkest phase of his life. They had told that they were disconnected from everyone and did not talk to anyone and did not even leave their room. He had said that the person who performed in a crowd of twenty thousand was not able to get comfortable in front of 4-5 people. A bipolar disorder makes you do something like this.

I always felt very upset and dark. I didn’t know any reason for this but I was feeling very directionless. I was always hopeful and often woke up at night and started crying without any reason.
The famous actress of the past, Catherine Zeta Jones, had also decided to enroll in the Mental Health Facility for treatment of Bipolar 2. In this disease, a person lives in depression for a long time and it may take a long time to feel better. Jones has been very open about his illness in front of fans.
