A petition was sought on Wednesday, Wednesday, in the Supreme Court requesting the filing of an FIR against the leaders for the hate speeches allegedly inciting the violence in Delhi. Here, the Center asked the Supreme Court to let the police decide when to file an FIR in the matter of hate speech.

Gonzalvis said in a hearing held on March 2 that the Delhi High Court postponed the hearing of cases related to the riots in the national capital for four weeks, despite the news that people had died due to the recent violence continued unabated. Bobde said that we read newspapers every day in which we are accused. We have a lot of pressure. We do not want people to die … We want peace. But the court has never been able to stop such violence. At the same time, the court of Delhi has deferred hearing till April 23 on the petition filed against the two BJP leaders in the matter of giving hate speech during the Delhi Assembly elections.
