Vyapam scam: Challan presented against 200, two doctors jailed; CBI gives clean chit to 76
- In Vyapam Scam of PMT 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010, challan was presented in the special judge’s court.
- After the hearing, the judge sent accused Dr. Manoj Mourya and Dr. Ashish Kumar to jail.
Gwalior: In the fake cases of PMT 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 related to Vyapam Scam, CBI presented the challan in the court of Special Judge Anil Kumar Namdev on Friday. In this, the investigating agency made 200 people as suspected, While giving a clean chit of 76. Special Lack Abhiyan Bibi Sharma told the court that four arappia related to these cases have been defeated. After the hearing, the judge took Dr. Kart in the court. Manage Marrya (Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi) and Dr. Ashish Kumar (Ujjain) were sent to jail.
A copy of the 700-page invoice was presented to the court as a CD. The court was told that 276 FIRs were registered in the case. The names of fraudsters, solvers and brokers are included in the list.
