Subramaniam Swamy : needs a brain to ruin the economy
Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy, while satirizing on the current situation in the country, has said that in this way, even the economy needs to be brainwashed. Subramanian Swamy had suggested printing a picture of Goddess Lakshmi in Indian currency a day earlier to correct the falling rupee against the dollar.
The country’s economic slowdown remains a major challenge for the government. Opposition is constantly besieging the government on this issue. Now voices of protest are being heard from BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) itself. Rajya Sabha MP from BJP, Subramanian Swamy, while satirizing on the current situation in the country, has said that in this way, the mind should also be needed to bring down the economy.
He sarcastically wrote on his Twitter handle, ‘In general, Rishen means recession does not come with inflation. Generally, the prices of goods do not increase after the fall in demand. But now all these flaws are being seen in India’s economy. However, I am saying these things in jest but it also takes mind to fail in this way.
Subramanian Swamy had given a strange statement on the falling rupee against the dollar a day earlier. He had said that in order to improve the situation of the Indian currency, the picture of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, should be printed.
On the question of printing Lord Ganesha’s picture on Indonesian currency, Subramanian Swamy said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi can answer this question. However, as far as I am concerned, I am in favor of this. Lord Ganesha removes obstacles. I mean to say that the condition of Indian currency can be improved by printing the picture of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, in a banknote. There is no need to feel bad about this.
