83 new poster out: Ranveer Singh introduces Chirag Patil as Sandeep Patil
Chirag Patil will be essaying the role of his father Sandeep Patil in Ranveer Singh-starrer 83.
Actor Ranveer Singh will be seen essaying the role of Kapil Dev in his next 83. The actor has been sharing first look posters from the film on his Instagram and the latest one features Chirag Patil as his father and former Indian cricketer Sandeep Patil.
Ranveer wrote on Instagram, “SANDY STORM! He’s a Chip off the Old Block ! @iamchiragpatil plays his Father #SandeepPatil in @83thefilm !”.
It will be interesting to see Chirag essaying the role of his father.
Yesterday, Ranveer had shared the first look poster of Jatin Sarna as Yashpal Sharma.
83 has been directed by Kabir Khan and stars Deepika Padukone as Ranveer’s on-screen wife.
Confirming her role in the film, the actress had shared a few pictures with Ranveer and Kabir. The caption was, “& on to the next…Thank You @kabirkhankk for this incredible honour…! #RomiDev #Day1 @83thefilm @ranveersingh”.
83 is Ranveer and Deepika’s first film together after their wedding.
Boman Irani, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, and Pankaj Tripathi also have pivotal roles in the film.
83 is slated to hit the silver screens on April 10, 2020.
