Pakistan hockey captain Ammad Butt has received relief after the federation withdrew disciplinary action against him. The decision was taken by the new leadership of the Pakistan Hockey Federation amid ongoing administrative changes.
The PHF had earlier imposed a two-year suspension on Ammad Butt over disciplinary issues linked to internal disputes.
However, the newly appointed interim president reviewed the matter and decided to revoke the punishment.
The ban has now been lifted with immediate effect.
