Jarkata. Aria Paramana of Indonesia, once called the world’s thickest boy with a weight of 193 kg, has lost 110 kg. 14-year-old Aria Paramana has achieved this goal in 4 years. Her trainer Ade Roy has shared photos of Aria on social media. At the same time, her father said, Aria has lost weight through bariatric surgery, diet and regular exercise. Aria has undergone a surgery and will have at least 2 more surgeries to remove extra hanging skin from her body.
The 49-year-old trainer has also shared a video of her first meeting with Aria. This meeting took place in 2016. She then weighed 193 kg and was 10 years old. Ade told, when I came to Aria, I asked her parents to balance the child’s routine and diet. Along with this, encouraged Aria continuously. Initially gave him small tasks. These included sit-ups and punching in a punching bag. Then he gradually started weightlifting. The trainer said, I only supported him and he did it.
88 kg gained weight in two years
According to media reports, after one surgery, Aria lost weight rapidly and came down to 150 to 87 kg. Now he weighs 83 kg. He also wants to reduce it. Aria’s parents said, the baby’s birth weight was 3 and a half kg, but in 2016 the condition had gone out of control. Parents told that when he was 8 years old, he started feeling more hungry. This increased his weight rapidly. He had become the world’s thickest boy after gaining 88 kg in two years. By the age of 10, his weight reached 193 kg.
