Dubai: An Indian man  has won Dh20 million Big Ticket jackpot draw.

Abdul Salam NV lives in Kerala. His winning ticket 323601 was bought online on December 29.

The winner is yet to be reached as when the organisers tried to contact him on phone to India his mobile was busy.
