Basti UP / Priyanka Gandhi recieved threat of murder, police registers case

Basti’s Kotwali police has filed a case for threatening to shoot Congress Party national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi in a post on Twitter. Kotwal Rampal Yadav said that a case has been registered under Section 506 and 66 IT Act of the IPC and the investigation has been handed over to Inspector Devnandan Upadhyay. 

Pankaj Kumar Dwivedi, a resident of Kotha in Sonha police station area, has told in Tahrir that Aarti Pandey has a Twitter ID in his name. News related to a letter from ID to Priyanka Gandhi level letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was tweeted. In the comment of this tweet, a user named ID Aarti Pandey has threatened to shoot Priyanka Gandhi. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

Senior Congress leader Karan Singh Dalal, a five-time MLA and cabinet minister in Chaudhary Bansi Lal’s government, has received threats to kill him. Karan Singh Dalal has given a complaint about this to the police. Camp police station filed a case in unknown on the statement of the former MLA. Simultaneously started searching for the accused. Karan Singh Dalal is close to former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda.

The former MLA told that a call came from an unknown number on his mobile phone on April 16 at 12.45 pm. The caller not only used abusive language, but also threatened to kill the former MLA. He says that the mobile number from which the call has come, is getting to know the foreign number. He made a complaint to the police and demanded immediate investigation of the accused. Police sub-inspector Laxminarayan has filed a case and has started investigating the above number.
