The couple is testifying against each other in Fairfax, Virginia Court over a USD 50 million defamation suit filed by Depp against Heard. We had earlier shared a detailed explanation of why Elon Musk’s name has been dragged into the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard fiasco. Heard and Musk had dated on and off. However, Depp claimed that the two had an affair hardly a month after his wedding to Heard. Amid the ongoing trial, leaked chats of Depp to his former talent agent Christian Carinno is going viral on the web. In the same, Depp wrote, “She’s begging for total global humiliation….She’s gonna get it (sic).”
Other excerpts from Depp’s viral chats are “gold digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless, dangling overused flappy fish market (sic)”, and “I can only hope karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath away from her (sic).”
HOW IS ELON MUSK CONNECTED TO AMBER HEARD AND JOHNNY DEPP?
CEO of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk and Amber Heard were in a relationship until they parted ways in 2017 after dating each other for a year. They reconnected in 2018 and called it quits yet again after a few months. However, during a Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial, the former’s lawyers showed a footage of the latter having late-night ‘meetings’ with Musk. The Pirates of the Caribbean star had another version. He alleged in his lawsuit that Heard and Musk were in a relationship ‘no later than a month after their marriage’, which was held in February 2015.
Elon Musk’s name was dragged into the trial by Johnny Depp, who accused him of having an affair with Amber Heard during his 2020 libel case in the UK. As per court documents, Musk allegedly had a secret threesome with Heard and model-actress Cara Delevingne at Depp’s apartment in Los Angeles in 2016. This happened at a time when Depp was away shooting in Australia. It was also claimed that Heard’s affair with Musk started even before she split with Depp.
Later, tech billionaire Elon Musk refuted the claims. “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never done intimate things, she’ll confirm… I want to confirm again that Amber and I only started dating about a month after filing for divorce. I was never close to her during her marriage,” said Musk to Page Six, regarding his connection with Heard.
