Junior Andre returns to social media for first time after catching Covid

Junior Andre has made a return to social media as he continues to battle coronavirus.

The 15-year-old son of singer Peter and former glamour model Katie Price tested positive for the illness at the end of April and has since remained silent on his online platforms.

However, the teen took to his Instagram today to share a video selfie with his fans and told them: “I was feeling myself”.

Junior did not confirm if the image was taken before his coronavirus battle or during.

His fans went wild in the comments, with it being the first post Junior has uploaded to his page in around six months.

Junior’s mum Katie penned: “My gorgeous son.”

Others complimented the star on how well he was looking.

In recent weeks, Junior’s concerned father Peter opened up about his son’s battle with the virus.

The Mysterious Girl singer revealed Junior had been spending most of his days in bed and that he “wasn’t eating” after losing his appetite.

The doting dad also shared that the timing of Junior catching Covid was particularly bad as he has his alternative GCSE exams coming up.

“Although many people have had it a lot worse, he ended up spending four days in bed with a lot of body aches, a sore throat, and a bad headache,” he wrote in his New magazine column.

“Thankfully he is starting to feel better now. He and Princess have been doing two lateral flow tests a week for school, so Junior testing positive meant a lot of kids from his school also had to self-isolate.

“Junior also has his alternative GCSE exams this week, so it hasn’t been the best timing, but he started revising again as soon as he felt well enough.

“I told him to just do his best and he will be fine, as long as he puts the effort in.”
