Tristan Thompson’s lawyers demand Sydney Chase show racy text messages from NBA player

Tristan Thompson’s lawyer has fired off another legal warning to Sydney Chase after she refused to comply with a cease-and-desist letter sent to her this week.

Chase, who claims she recently slept with the NBA player while he’s been in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian, has now been asked to provide proof of the fling by Tristan’s lawyer, Marty Singer. 

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Singer claims Chase, 23, is refusing to show the text messages she alleges she received from the Boston Celtic’s player and that it leads to the ‘inescapable conclusion… that they do not exist.’

Earlier this week Chase received a cease-and-desist letter from Singer – who also works with Khloe – but initially denied getting it. She later admitted she received it after it was sent to the wrong email address before announcing on social media that she will ‘not comply’.   

In the new legal warning, Singer accuses Chase of ‘changing the purported ‘facts’ to fit [her] story.’ and says she’s just after fame.

The letter requests Chase to stop talking and ‘defaming’ Tristan or risk a lawsuit, according to TMZ.

Earlier this week, Chase wrote on her Instagram stories: ‘I finally received the cease & desist hours after I made my post online,’  

‘It was first sent to an email I no longer use,’ she explained. ‘However I’m moving forward with the truth & am choosing not to comply.’ The model added: ‘I will not be called a liar.’ 

A cease-and-desist is a document sent to an individual to stop alleged illegal activity. 

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Khloe, 36, and Tristan, 30, who have so far been unavailable for comment. 

It was revealed Tuesday that Tristan had taken legal action against the podcast where Sydney first claimed she ‘hooked up’ with the NBA star behind Khloe’s back.  

The No Jumper podcast episode that featured Sydney has now been edited according to host Adam John Grandmaison, after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Tristan’s attorney.

‘Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it,’ Grandmaison told PageSix in an interview on Wednesday. ‘Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship.’

Sydney at the time denied claims she had also been sent the letter, saying: ‘I have no received a cease & desist from anyone. The articles are giving false information. Let this be a lesson to not let anyone no matter the money or fam they have, to shut you down or tarnish your name.’

The podcast episode was initially deleted and then re-uploaded with inflammatory remarks edited out, where Sydney uses crass language to claim she’d had had sexual relations with Tristan. 

Last week, Sydney also alleged in TikTok video that she was last contacted by Tristan the day after Khloe threw their daughter True a lavish third birthday bash on April 12 in LA.

Sydney explained the situation further and doubled down on her claims, after alleging that she’d had a fling with Tristan in January, claiming the NBA star told her he was single. 

In the podcast, shared by Hollywood Unlocked last week, Sydney claimed she had a sexual experience with Tristan in January this year and alleged that he told her he was single. 

‘Sydney, how was Tristan Thompson’s d**k?’ the woman was asked in a crass exchange with one of her friends, to which she replies: ‘It was a peek-a-boo d**k but baby it was good.’ 

Sydney then alleged that Tristan told her he was single, saying: ‘I did not know he was in a relationship. He told me he was not in a relationship anymore.’

She claimed that the pair have ‘hung out’ on multiple occasions and first met in November.

The Instagram video that contains the accusation contains the headline: ‘Woman claims she hooked up with Tristan Thompson while he was still with Khloé Kardashian.’

In March this year, Khloe appeared to confirm that she was fully back on with Tristan, after posting a gushing message for his 30th birthday, to which he replied: ‘I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are.’

However, this is the latest in a long line of cheating allegations that have been lobbied against the sportsman, since he started his relationship with the Kardashian.

The pair were first linked when they were spotted leaving Bootsy Bellows together in August 2016, and Khloe later revealed how they were introduced by a mutual friend.

They confirmed their relationship in a 2016 Instagram post and she fell pregnant a year later with Tristan’s baby. 

In 2018, when Khloe was weeks away from giving birth, Dailymail.com obtained footage of Tristan kissing a woman in a New York nightclub.

After that, TMZ published a surveillance video showing a man who appeared to be Tristan kissing another woman which was reportedly filmed the previous year. 

Khloé gave birth to their daughter True Thompson on April 12, 2018, and later appeared to address his alleged infidelity around the time of her birth.

‘Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as they possibly can,’ she wrote. 

In 2019, the couple suffered another set back when reports surfaced that Tristan had kissed Kylie Jenner’s longtime BFF Jordyn Woods at a party.
