Kejriwal rebuked : Delhi High Court’s strict comment on lack of oxygen, said – Oxygen companies should not become vultures

Amid the crisis of oxygen in Delhi, the High Court has reprimanded the Kejriwal government for its black marketing. The court said on Tuesday that oxygen cylinders worth a few hundred rupees are being sold for millions of rupees. “This is not the time to behave like vultures,” the court told a company that produced oxygen during the hearing of the case.

Commenting on the attitude of the Delhi government, the High Court said that there is only wrong on each side and you are failing to fix it. You are running the government in Delhi. You are also responsible for improving the situation.

The court had asked to find a solution after meeting and infact, many private hospitals in Delhi have filed a petition in the High Court regarding the oxygen crisis. Hearing in the same case on Monday, the court directed the hospitals and oxygen suppliers, including the Delhi government, to resolve the problems by meeting them.

The Delhi government said to issue orders by evening, the Delhi High Court also heard on Tuesday the issue of not getting oxygen in hospitals. Private hospitals in Delhi demanded intervention from the court, saying that there was no oxygen available for the patients. If the High Court asked the government for an answer, then the Delhi government said that the order will be passed by this evening only on the allocation of oxygen. With this, the hospitals that supply oxygen will know where they are being supplied.
