26-year-old man arrested for abusing his 13-year-old "girlfriend" | The State

The authorities of the municipality of Acambay, in the State of Mexico, carried out the arrest of a 26-year-old man, accused of having sexually abused a girl under 13, who he claimed was “his girlfriend.

The accused, identified only as Ignacio “N”, had convinced the girl to run away from her home in the municipality of Temascalcingo to go live with him. Once in her home, he would have forced her to have sex.

So far, an investigation is being carried out against the man, who is formally accused of having committed the crime of aggravated rape. The accused is currently admitted to a prison in the state of Mexico to continue with his criminal process.
