Singer Thalia He has just fulfilled one of his few remaining dreams by appearing on a double cover of Vogue México that was made under exceptional circumstances during the period of confinement.

In an interview with the publication, the Latin star opens up like never before about his family life to explain that it was a lonely girl, since her stepsisters were much older than her, that she hardly had any friends and that she preferred the company of boys.

The episode of her childhood that marked her forever, as she now reveals, was the loss of her father when she was just 6 years old and that trauma accompanied her for much of her life. The last time she saw him, he was hooked up to multiple machines and passed away just after being taken to her room so she could say goodbye.

“I always thought that that kiss of love had killed him”, has explained to the magazine.

The artist took a long time to realize that this memory was affecting her much more than she thought and was also preventing her from establishing stable emotional ties.

“My relationships were always very difficult until I understood that I had to solve that situation with my father and let go of the idea that it had been my fault,” he added.

Fortunately, Thalía has now found happiness with her husband Tommy Mottola, the father of her two children, with whom she recently celebrated her twentieth wedding anniversary.
