Matthew Perry has sold his classic beachfront Malibu bachelor pad for $13.1 million, less than a year after it emerged he had put it on the market for $14.95million.
News of the sale was reported by TMZ on Monday, and despite the fact Perry, 51, sold it off for less than the asking price, the figure is still a step up from the amount he paid back in 2011.
The gorgeous home featuring sweeping ocean views was originally purchased by Perry in an off-market deal for $12 million.  Â
