The tattooed, 6ft blonde, who recently relocated from Los Angeles to Miami, was shirtless and wearing blue swim trunks.

He was seen on both the upper and lower decks of the boat, which was named Belladonna, as he mixed and mingled with other revelers.

Partygoers gathered in small groups both on the boat and on rafts in the water.

No guests were seen wearing face masks during the yacht party.

Paul, who turned 24 last week, has previously been quoted as saying he thinking COVID-19 is a ‘hoax’.

The controversial online star made the claims late last year as he criticized other influencers for attending parties and not social distancing despite pretending they are quarantining online.

In an interview with the Daily Beast, Paul said the US needed to life COVID-19 restrictions and go back to normal.

‘This is the most detrimental thing to our society. COVID cases are at less than 1 percent, and I think the disease is a hoax,’ Paul said.

‘It’s time for us to open up. Obviously, it’s a controversial subject, but it’s time for our nation to open up and go back to normal.

‘There are people losing jobs, there are small businesses who are going bankrupt, there are millions of people who are unemployed right now, people are turning to alcohol and drugs to cope with everything that’s going on.’

When asked why he believed COVID-19 was a hoax, he said: ‘I don’t have to elaborate.’

He later tried to backpedal on his comments, saying he was misquoted. The reporter, however, hit back and tweeted out a link to the interview audio in which the YouTuber described the outbreak as a hoax.

Paul had also previously stated that he would not stop partying despite the pandemic after he was criticized for throwing a large, maskless party in his home in Calabasas, California last July.

He put that $6.9 million home on the market last month as part of his plan to relocate permanently to Florida to focus on his boxing career.

Paul rose to fame on the now-defunct app Vine and is known for posting reckless and adventurous videos on YouTube.
