Strengthen our immune system it has become a necessity inspired by the current health contingency. As the Healthline portal indicates, vitamin supplements may not help us against Covid-19, but they can be useful against other diseases.

Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium and curcumin are some of the supplements that you could use to enjoy elevated defenses that help you deal more easily with diseases.

1. Vitamins of the B complex

The B complex vitamins, including B6 and B12, are very important for the response of the immune system. Even so, there are several adults who have a nutritional deficit with respect to them, which negatively affects their defenses.
