Chris Ramsey breaks ankle just days after wife Rosie gives birth to second son

Chris Ramsey has broken his ankle just days after he became a father for the second time.

The comedian, 34, took to his Instagram account on Sunday night to share the bad news, showing off his foot all bandaged up and in a support boot.

It comes at a very bad time for Chris and his family, as his wife Rosie is still recovering from the caesarean section she had while delivering their son Rafe earlier this month.

He captioned the photo: “How to make your lockdown a million times worse… Wife recovering from surgery [tick], Broken ankle [tick].

“F**k this DECADE. Bring on 2030!

“#shaggedmarriedannoyed … toe nail needs a trim too.”

Rosie also shared a picture of Chris’ injury as he hobbled around their house on his crutches.

And she was clearly annoyed at the exceptionally bad timing of his accident.

“I can’t even look at him,” she captioned the photo.

On January 7 Rosie announced she’d given birth to their son Rafe.

The couple already share a five-year-old son called Robin.

Announcing the news, Rosie shared a picture of Rafe in his crib, captioning it: “Hi everyone. This is Rafe Ramsey. Born yesterday afternoon weighing 9lbs 1oz.

“He’s absolutely wonderful and looks EXACTLY like his brother! like, it’s uncanny!.

“He’s yet to meet Robin, so once we’re all settled back at home I’ll introduce him to you properly. Hope you’re all ok xx”
