President Donald trump he will face the charge of “inciting insurrection” in Congress.

“President Trump seriously endangered the security of the United States and its institutions of government”says the draft of the indictment.

The four-page document, the information of which was disclosed by The Associated Press, contains arguments with false statements by the president himself about his electoral defeat before the democrat Joe biden.

It also highlights the pressure that the president placed on Georgia state officials to “find” more votes, resuming the report of the 11,700 votes necessary for that entity to win.

The bill led by representatives David Cicilline (Rhode Island); Ted lieu (California); Jamie Raskin (Maryland) and Jerrold nadler (NY).

“(Trump threatened) the integrity of the democratic system, he interfered with the peaceful transition of power,” the bill adds. “(The Republican) will continue to be a threat to national security, democracy and the Constitution if he is allowed to remain in office.”.

The Speaker of the House, Nancy pelosi (California), will also seek to vote on an initiative that puts pressure on the vice president Mike pence to apply the 25th Amendment to President Trump, in order to force him to leave the White House as soon as possible.
