The fast food chain, McDonald’s, wants to thank all the teachers for the hard work done during such an unusual year as 2020, in which they had to educate their students from a distance. For this, the company of the golden arches plans to give them bakery products and coffee totally free.
“We are honored to support our teachers who have overcome many challenges amid the pandemic and have continued to adapt their teaching models to educate students in the community. These educators are truly the backbone of our community and we are proud to show our appreciation in any way we can.“Said Mark McBee, McDonald’s franchisee.
Just by showing an ID from the school where they work, Teachers can grab an apple fritter, blueberry muffin, or cinnamon roll for free, as well as any size hot coffee.
“These new menu items are available all day long, and whether teachers are looking for a sweet addition to their morning coffee, an afternoon stimulant after a long day in the classroom, or because they simply deserve a sweet treat, this new line offers them a self-indulgent rest, ”the company said, according to Mass Live.
The promotion will be available every day until next January 15.
