Katie Price ‘will be divorced from Kieran by 2021’ leaving her free to wed Carl

Katie Price will be free to marry Carl Woods by the new year, reports say.

The final stages of the former glamour model’s divorce from Kieran Hayler will be completed after two years of waiting.

Katie and Kieran went their separate ways in 2018, having tied the knot five years before and welcomed two kids together.

Kieran has since moved on with fiancée Michelle Penticost, and Katie is loved up with Love Island star Carl Woods, who she struck up a romance with over the summer.

And now the final divorce papers are set to be signed, The Sun reports.

“The final fees have been paid and the paperwork has all been signed off,” a source told the publication.

“She was hoping to be single for Christmas, but allowing for delays over the festive season, she should be free and single by New Year’s Eve.”

And Katie’s rep confirmed the news, adding: “This is the case – they’re waiting for the decree absolute to drop through the letter box.”

This means Katie and Carl will be able to wed – something they’ve openly chatted about during their whirlwind six-month romance.

Katie went public with her “perfect prince” Carl in July, and they’ve gone from strength to strength since.

Carl’s been her biggest support after a nasty injury left her relying on a wheelchair, and has earned a thumbs-up from Katie’s kids and ex-husbands Kieran and Peter Andre.

Now Katie’s also keen to welcome baby number six to the world, and walk down the aisle again.

She told new! magazine that she would “love” a Christmas proposal from Carl, but he’s ruled it out.

“A Christmas engagement isn’t on the cards,” he replied, “Sorry, it’s not going to happen.”

Katie explained that while she knows he’ll eventually pop the question, she’s none the wiser about when the moment will come.

“He says it’s going to happen when I least expect it,” she shared.

“We will get engaged and get married, 100%. But he won’t tell me when. He says it’ll be very soon.”

And they already know how they want the big day to pan out, Katie adding: “We know exactly how we’d do our wedding already. We’ve got it all planned and we’re not telling anybody!”
