Chrissy Teigen broke down in tears after a therapy session in the wake of her baby son’s tragic death.
The model, 35, took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday night to share a video of herself with tears streaming down her face and a runny nose.
She joked that her emotional appearance was an Instagram filter as she shared that had seen her therapist
After an extremely difficult year for Chrissy, she seems to be seeing a therapist to help with her grief.
Earlier this year she shared the devastating news that her son, who she and her husband John Legend had named Jack, was stillborn.
Since then she has been very open with her grief with her fans.
Tuesday’s post was another example of how she has been breaking down the taboos about stillbirth and miscarriage by sharing her own experience.
In the video, she said: “This is like a post-therapy face filter.”
Chrissy then looked away from the camera and gave a slight smirk.
She then gave a big sniff, saying: “Those are boogers.”
Back in October Chrissy shared photos of herself in labour and then cradling her stillborn son Jack.
She said: “Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.
“To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.”
